Sportshall

3rd semester project
During the 3rd semester we were given the assignment to redesign existing drawings of a sportshal using prefabricated elements. Each groupmeber had to focus on one specific prefabricated element.
Concept phase:
We decided to use a glulam portal phrame to overspan the sportshall and the changing area's. The changing areas itself will be made out of prefabricated wooden boxes and the roof of the sportshall are constructed out of prefab wooden cassettes. The connected school building is made out of precast concrete sandwich panels as walls and prefab sandwich elements as roof.
